JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 2385 of 2013, registered for offences punishable under Section 498(A) Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is still ready to keep the complainant-opposite party no. 2 with full honour and dignity and so far allegation in the present case is concerned, they are false and concocted and have been levelled on the basis of suspicion that petitioner has illicit relationship with some other lady.
Learned counsel for complainant-opposite party no. 2 has submitted that she is also willing to live with the petitioner. In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13997 of 2017 (2) dt.27-03-2017 2/2 parties, this application is disposed of with direction to court below to call both the parties in the court and try to mediate the matter between them and as both the parties are ready to live with each other, the court below shall release the petitioner on provisional bail for a period of six months on furnishing bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) to the satisfaction of court concerned and the court below during the above period of six months shall call the petitioner and the complainant on each month on a fixed date and the court below only after satisfying himself with the conduct of the petitioner as well as the conduct of opposite party no. 2 and also after satisfying himself with the status of matrimonial life of the parties, shall confirm the provisional bail of the petitioner, otherwise, he is free to pass any order as he deems fit and proper.
