The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 339 of 2019, registered under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that on the basis of the fardbeyan of the informant, Md. Musa, the present case was lodged against unknown. The daughter of the informant was recovered while she stated in her statement recorded by the police under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code about her kidnapping by the petitioner and one Md. Sagheer, but, in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code on 26.09.2019 while she admitted about her kidnapping and developing physical relation by person, but, she did not disclose the name of that person. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pupri P.S.
