2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"A. to issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or writs, direction or directions commanding upon the respondents, Anchal Adhikari, Anchal Mushahari in the district of

Patna High Court CWJC No.16588 of 2016(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 Muzafarpur not to dispose the petitioners from the land in question without initiating any land encroachment proceeding against the petitioner and restrain them from taking any Section against them from the same till disposal of this writ application.

B. to pass any such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court thinks fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he shall be approaching the respondent no. 5, the Circle Officer, Mushahari, Muzaffarpur for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Granting said liberty and without commenting on the merit of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U
