JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-04-2019 It has come for modification in order dated 01.03.2019 passed in the instant case on the ground that grounds taken for cancellation of the bail, which have been mentioned in order dated 01.03.2019 that the O.P.nos. 2 an 3 have suppressed the fact that they were restrained from selling the land, and they are selling the land and no title suit is pending, is not correct. As a matter of fact there is information that in collusion with the Sub-Registrar, Sheikhpura, they have got the land registered and further no any partition suit is pending as stated above, as such so far the grounds taken for cancellation of the anticipatory bail of O.P.nos. 2 and 3 that

No.12660 of 2019(3) dt.09-04-2019 2/2 they have suppressed the fact that they were restrained from selling the land and they were selling the land and no any partition suit is pending be read as that "the petitioner has informed the Sub Registrar, Sheikhpura but in spite of that O.P.nos. 2 and 3 got the sale deed executed in collusion with the Sub Registrar and no partition suit is pending" and so far other parts of the order is concerned, the same shall remain intact.
