The petitioner is accused in connection with Kachhawan P.S. Case No. 59 of 2019, registered under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of kidnapping of daughter of the informant, aged about 15 years, by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to love affairs, daughter of the informant, aged about 19 years, left her parental house and performed the marriage with the petitioner according to her own sweet will, which would appear from her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. on 16.11.2019. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Kachhawan P.S. Case No. 59 of 2019. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
