2. The present petition has been filed for cancellation of bail having been granted to opposite party no.2 namely Rambabu Sharma @ Rambabu Kumar Sharma vide order dated 15.01.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 90653 of 2025 in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 450 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
