2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 366(A),34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No.4 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as in fact, there was love affair between co-accused Rohit Kumar and the so-called victim girl.

4. Considering the specific nature of the accusation and the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No.4 of 2015 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
