JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-11-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the first information report of Motihari Town P. S. Case No. 573 of 2013 registered under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to passage of time, the application has become infructuous, as the first information report was instituted on 06.12.2013.

In that view of the matter, the application is dismissed as infructuous.
