Petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2017 in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 03 of 2017 registered under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody fort the last three months.
