In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Laxmipur/Gidhor P.S. Case No.446 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 is father-in-law, petitioner no.2 is mother-in-law and petitioner no.3 is sister-in-law of the victim. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10018 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui, in connection with Laxmipur/ Gidhor P.S. Case No. 446 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
