A show-cause has been filed in this case stating that the order under contempt has been complied with wherein at paragraph No. 4, it has been stated that the case of the petitioner has been duly considered and by a reasoned and speaking order, the same has been rejected vide Memo No. 60 Mu dated 30.11.2016.
As such, there is no willful non-compliance of the
Patna High Court MJC No.569 of 2015 (8) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 order.
The contempt application stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same in an appropriate proceeding.
