The present application has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Rajauli P.S. Case No.4/2016 registered under Sections 366/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned CJM, Nawada.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner got married with the victim daughter of the informant and both are major, hence, no offence is made out. This Court is not inclined to interfere into the matter at this stage. Moreover, there is nothing on record to suggest the present stage of the case.

Accordingly the application is disposed of with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12463 of 2016 (2) dt.01-07-2016 2/2 liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions after submission of final report under section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
