The Petitioner seeks bail in Rautara P.S. Case No. 14 of 2016, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 52832 of 2016 on 03.02.2017. The petitioner was given liberty to renew the prayer for bail after six months, if no substantial progress is made in the case.
The instant petition has been filed on the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11663 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 ground that petitioner is suffering from urinary trouble and therefore, he may be granted bail on medical ground. This Court does not find any merit in such prayer as the bail of this petitioner has already been rejected by this Court on merits. The prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
However, the jail authority is directed to take appropriate step for proper medical treatment of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) Shageer/- U T
