Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 436, 324, 34 of the I.P.C.
It is alleged that house of the informant was put on fire. The petitioner was seen fleeing away from the place of occurrence.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that informant did not see the petitioner liting fire. Moreover the title suit is pending between the parties. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7811 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014, G.R. No. 1265 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
