The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Janata Bazar P.S. Case No. 02 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section-307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have given spade blow on the head of the informant but Annexure-2 to this petition reveals that the informant sustained simple injury, said to be caused by hard and blunt substance.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9391 of 2015 (2) dt.10-03-2015 2/2 from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Janata Bazar P.S. Case No. 02 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
