JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of the marriage for non-fulfilment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the petty dispute for going to parents' house, the victim committed suicide and during investigation, the case has been found true only under Section 306 IPC.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8991 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P. S. Case No. 259 of 2014 pending in the court of learned JM, 1st Class, Begusrari. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
