2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80(2) and 85 of the BNS, 2023 and Sections 304B and 498 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of dowry death to the daughter of the informant by the petitioner and his family members due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that the demand of dowry and torture is a false and fabricated story by the informant and petitioner is the husband

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased.

6. On perusal of the first information report, case diary, postmortem report and impugned order dated 24.10.2025, it appears that the cause of the death of the deceased is asphyxia and shock due to sever burn and several witnesses have supported the case of the prosecution and petitioner is the husband of the deceased, so I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
