Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.
The petitioners were apprehended while they were carrying 100 litre each of country made liquor. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 06.02.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, on completion of four months of custody, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
