The petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 21.05.2014 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bihar Sharif, Nalanda in connection with Complaint Case No. 190C of 2014, whereby cognizance has been for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Mr. Satish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, after some arguments, seeks permission to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12818 of 2015(6) dt.22-11-2019 2/2 withdraw this petition in order to agitate the grounds urged here, before the court below for discharge, if such an application has already not been filed and disposed off. Should such an application be filed, the court below shall look into the entire set of facts and shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained by this Court.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid observation.
