Lted. The petitioner has directly approached this Court invoking its writ jurisdiction against an order passed by the Assistant Electrical Engineer, Electric Supply Sub Division, Marhowarha, Saran, whereby punitive electric bill has been raised. At the very outset, Sri Ojha, learned counsel for the Respondents raises an objection and submits that against the order
Patna High Court CWJC No.2631 of 2014 (2) dt.09-02-2016 2/2 impugned, the petitioner is having statutory remedy. In view of facts and circumstances, the Court proposes to dispose of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
It goes without saying that the period consumed, in pursuing the present writ petition, shall be excluded while considering the limitation matter.
