2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 639 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(B) and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. The name of the petitioners has surfaced during investigation as having been involved in saving the other coaccused and in planting the drugs.

4. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, dismissed.

6. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, failing which the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali at Hajipur will take all steps for the arrest of the petitioners.

7. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioners at any subsequent stage of the proceedings.

8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali at Hajipur through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
