The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 828 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 356, 379, 401, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 02.12.2018. He further submits that the petitioner was apprehended by the police and also a mobile was seized from his possession.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two
