This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report is against the named accused persons. However, the name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused, Ajay Kumar Sah @ DC. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 07.01.2017 nor anything has been recovered from his possession.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dalsingh Sarai (Ghiataho) P.S. Case No. 3 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsinghisarai, Darbhanga, or successor
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15889 of 2017 (2) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
