Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner and others were apprehended while they were attempting to steal away the motorcycle of Satya Narain Singh.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.02.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18437 of 2017 (2) dt.24-04-2017 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara/successor Court in connection with Udawantnagar Police Station Case No. 40 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
