The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Case No. 21 of 2019/59 of 2019 arising out of Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 117 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 149, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the written report mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioner. He further submits that other co-accused persons with similar allegation have already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 21.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. 75989 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 27.9.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10744 of 2019(2) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Jehanabad, in connection with Sessions Case No. 21 of 2019/59 of 2019 arising out of Parasbigha P.S.
