The petitioners seeks bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.201 of 2016 registered under Sections 395, 326 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the petitioners were apprehended by the police in Sahebganj P.S. Case No.203 of 2016 and, thereafter, the police got recorded their confessional statements disclosing their involvement in the present case. Except that, no tangible material

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11718 of 2017 (3) dt.11-05-2017 2/2 has been collected by the Investigating Officer to show their involvement in the present case. The petitioners are in custody since 07.12.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.201 of 2016. Out of the two sureties, one must be close relative of the petitioners, who will file an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he/she is related with the petitioners.
