JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 06-03-2019 The petitioner, who was one of the applicants for being considered for appointment on the post of Anganbari Sevika, is aggrieved by the appointment of private respondent No. 7 on the said post.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the educational certificates of the private respondent No. 7 which are the basis for her appointment as Anganbari

Patna High Court CWJC No.4230 of 2019 dt.06-03-2019 2/3 Sevika, are forged and fabricated as it has been issued by a fake institution.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that a complaint in that regard has been made before the District Programme Officer, Bhojpur (respondent No. 6) which has not yet been acted upon.

4. Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a fresh complaint/representation against the appointment of private respondent No. 7 on the post of Anganbari Sevika before the District Programme Officer, Bhojpur (respondent No. 6) within a period of four weeks from today, who on receipt of such complaint/representation shall, after hearing the petitioner, private respondent No. 7 and other stake holders, pass a reasoned order within a period of six weeks thereafter.

5. Needless to state that if the petitioner still remains aggrieved and not satisfied with the order of the District Programme Officer, Bhojpur, she would have the

6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed off.
