2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Informant suspects that this petitioner along with other accused persons stole the tractor of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to political rivalry. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let

No.15618 of 2024(3) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nalanda, Biharsharif in connection with Noorsarai P. S. Case No. 144 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
