Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 457/380/448 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2016 in connection with this case with allegation that the petitioner was apprehended while committing theft in the house of informant. Submission is that most of the cases wherein petitioner is an accused were registered against unknown and some of them have resulted in acquittal of the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged
