JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case Mukhiya and the panchayat Secretary appointed seven teachers against three sanctioned posts violating the roster, petitioner being one of the beneficiaries.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner had applied for the post of teacher having requisite qualification. However, no sooner she came to know that she has been appointed without following the rules, she left the job of teacher. Petitioner is a lady. Similarly situated co-

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM/successor Court, Lakhisarai in Halsi P.S. case no.45 of 2011 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
