Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414, 120B of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that on secret information that stolen motorcycle is kept in the house of Shatrughan Sharma and petitioner and others are coming there to purchase the stolen motorcycle, raid was laid when Shatrughan Sharma was apprehended who suggested the name of one person who have escaped from the scene as petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery has not been made from the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.15340 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 643 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
