Materials have come during investigation that the petitioner is involved in cheating and is in the business of cyber fraud. More than Rs. 1 lakh was found in his account and the argument that he is not involved in the crime, this cannot be believed.

In view of the above, this application of the petitioner is dismissed.

The District Judge, Sheikhpura is directed to expedite the trial of all the accused of Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 29 of 2021 and send a report to this Court after three months about the status of the trial. If the police doesn't cooperate in the trial, this Court will take strict view and direct for personal appearance of the Superintendent of Police,
