JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 14-03-2019 It is submitted by petitioner's counsel that since he had valid reasons for absence in the period 01.05.2009 to 09.06.2009, he would be approaching the respondent no. 2 with a request that he may be allowed leave for the period of alleged absence in respect of which he has been awarded the punishment of withholding of one increment with noncumulative effect. In the event such an application is filed, it is needless to say that the same is required to be considered by the respondent no. 2 in accordance with law expeditiously and without any undue delay.
