The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 354B, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Prevention of Witch Practices Act, 1999.
It is alleged that co-accused Binod Ram (nonpetitioner) and Dinanath Rai (non-petitioner) realized gold and cash for curing the daughter of the informant and the petitioners alleged to have conspired.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the trust of accusation is against co-accused Binod Ram and Dinanath Rai. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8738 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 324 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
