IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA

Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.2778 of 2016 =========================================================== Sabiha Naaz Daughter of Md. Arshad Hassan, resident of Samanpura Raja Bazar, P.S.- Shashtri Nagar, District- Patna .... .... Petitioner

Versus

1. The Patna University through its Vice Chancellor

2. The Registrar, Patna University, Patna

3. The Examination Controller, Patna University, Patna

4. The Principal, Patna Women's College, Patna .... .... Respondents =========================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner : Mr. Prashant Sinha, Advocate.

For the Respondents : Mr. Digvijay Singh, Advocate. =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-02-2016 This Court refuses to pass any mandamus in favour of the petitioner. The information made on Annexure-2, itself indicates that even with medical certificate and prescription for attendance it does not come to 60 per cent.

Counsel for the petitioner tries to now make out a case that the classes were held up till 2nd February, 2016, therefore, calculation seems to be wrong.

Let the institution and the petitioner understand the calculation and explain it to each other. The Court is not doing accounting under Article 226 of the Constitution.

Writ stands disposed of.
