JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-10-2015 The petitioner has moved against cancellation of his PDS dealer licence by respondent no.3 dated 15.12.2012, as well as appellate order dated 13.12.2013.
The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take resort to the remedy of revision. In case, petition for condonation of delay is filed, the same would be considered sympathetically, as the petitioner was pursuing the remedy before this Court.
It is expected that the revisional authority will dispose of the matter preferably within four months of filing of the revision. Shashi.
