The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 422, 406, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant made allegation that the petitioner supplied damaged match boxes and also violated terms for giving a car after supplying of three trucks of match boxes. It is submitted that the dispute arose during the business transaction. The petitioner did not supply any damaged match boxes. If damage match box is supplied, the petitioners are ready to get back the same.

No.10303 of 2015 (5) dt.22-12-2015 2/2 On the other hand Shri Yogesh Chandra Verma, the learned counsel for the complainant submits that the petitioner took huge amount and violated the terms of the business. It appears that the case arose out of dispute during the business transaction and the same appears to be of civil nature, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in Complaint Case No. 824 'C' of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
