The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 117 of 2018 arising out of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 707 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 18, 22 & 27 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985. The allegation is regarding the Police having apprehended the miscreants while they were smoking Ganja and upon arrest various articles were recovered from the accused persons and as far as the petitioner is concerned, one sachet of Ganja and one Chilam were recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner is accused in one other case but

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 117 of 2018 arising out of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 707 of 2018.
