The report of learned A.D.J.-VI cum-Spl Judge (POCSO Act), Buxar dt. 23.8.2023 suggests that trial is likely to be concluded without a period of three months. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition after some argument.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial positively within stipulated period of time (i.e.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11817 of 2023(5) dt.18-09-2023 2/2 three months) failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
