JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323,376 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on 7.5.2014 Sk. Munna, son of the petitioner entered into the house of the informant and committed rape and on protest being made, he promised to marry. Subsequently, the victim was left by Sk. Munna at Sathi railway station though she has also named the petitioner and three other persons as persons who took her on motorcycle. Considering the thrust of accusation against Sk Munna let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10619 of 2015 (2) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 142 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
