The petitioner in the present case is seeking regular bail in connection with Hajipur P.S. Case No. 412 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii) (A), 25 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner has been granted regular bail vide order dated 26.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22765 of 2021 but on the earlier occasion, he had mentioned only one criminal antecedent whereas he has one another case also on his head, resulting his bail bond could not be accepted in the learned court below. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12525 of 2022(2) dt.21-09-2022 2/2 in two cases which have been mentioned in paragraph '3' of this application.

Learned APP for the State has conceded that earlier the petitioner was granted bail by this Hon'ble Court. Having regard to the submissions that the petitioner had already been granted bail vide order dated 26.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22765 of 2021 but his bail bond could not be accepted because he had not disclosed the complete criminal antecedents but at this stage, he has made statement in Paragraph '3' that the petitioner has got two criminal antecedents, this Court directs the learned court below to accept the bail bond of the petitioner if submitted within a period of four weeks from today in terms of the order dated 26-08-2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 22765 of 2021.
