JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 06.12.2019, seeks bail in connection with Case No. 219C2 of 2019, dated 06.12.2019, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

From the possession of the petitioner, 18.375 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered. However, the petitioner has clean antecedents.
