The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner lives separately from the husband of the deceased and she has no

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, East in connection with Bochaha P.S. Case No. 57 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
