JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395/412 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that looted mobile of the informant has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, since the petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2021, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
