2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. It is alleged that 18.900 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from the land of the petitioner.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The alleged recovery is made from a open place which is accessible to all. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition.

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of Special Judge, Excise-02, Samastipur in connection with Warisnagar Police Station Case No. 313 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
