"For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the Revolver and licence of the petitioner bearing licence No. 7199/NL/DMR which has been illegally seized by the respondent No. 4 for verification and or to grant any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is legally entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case". Considering the relief sought for in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram (respondent No. 2) within a period of 30 days from today. The respondent No. 2 shall examine the grievance of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.23187 of 2018(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.
