====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No. 05/2020, pending in the court of learned I/C Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj (Rohtas), with a liberty to surrender and make an application before the learned court below for regular bail. Permission is accorded.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22753 of 2021(3) dt.17-05-2022 2/2 Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. If the petitioner makes any such application before the learned court below and prays for regular bail the same shall be considered by the learned court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
