This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mahindwara P.S. Case No. 52 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 30/30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

The petitioner has not been arrested on the spot. His name has been taken by co-accused.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated because of previous enmity and earlier also he was falsely implicated in a case registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, in which he is on bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court-1, Sitamarhi, in connection with Mahindwara P.S.
