2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 255 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 103, 352, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. From the FIR, it appears that three persons were assaulted by the public because there were found committing theft of cycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar/concerned Court below in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 255 of 2024.
