JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-03-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 4C2 of 2018, disclosing offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 66 liters liquor from the Bathan of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the recovery is from open place and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather he should surrender and make
